Dena’s three day workshop is a detailed and creative approach to writing fantasy. Her lectures and writing activities helped my students understand not only the elements of fantasy writing, but also the basics of plot, character and world building that is useful for all fiction writing. The kids enjoyed her visits–especially her easy manner and entertaining stories.
